  • Why should I use Sutesphere?
    It can be hard to find a space to talk about the challenges you face in tech. Maybe you are not comfortable confiding to your manager, colleagues, or anyone else in the fear of looking incompetent or having low confidence. Even if you find a community or resource, it is easy to drift apart. By having access to this, you can always address your imposter syndrome related concerns on here and feel ready to move forward.
  • What languages are available in Sutesphere?
    Currently, we require users to be conversational and/or fluent in English.
  • What information do I need to provide?
    All you need to provide is your email and software field that you want to talk about in your video call. This survey helps us understand your specific challenges and ensure a personalized experience. Your information will be kept private to your session. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
  • How many times can I use Sutesphere?
    As much as you’d like! There’s no limit, but each video call requires payment.
  • This caught my interest and I want to give it a shot. What do I need to prepare?
    All you need is a computer, a webcam, audio capability for video calls, stable WiFi, and you’re good to go. Please make sure to test these items are working properly before you start since we will not provide refunds for technical issues. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
  • What is the maximum number of people that can be on a video session?
    Five
  • What can we talk about during our sessions?
    You will have the opportunity to connect with other tech professionals who are peers and mentors to discuss topics related to imposter syndrome. Your information (name, email, etc.) will not appear on the call so you can anonymously, openly and confidentially discuss your individual challenges and engage in meaningful conversations with peers who understand and empathize with your experiences. This supportive environment provides a valuable space to share insights, seek guidance and advice, and collectively work towards overcoming imposter syndrome.
  • Why can’t I share my screen, chat, or record the call?
    If these features were available, it would be difficult to monitor confidential information being shared.
  • What if I want to stay in touch with the people in my video call?
    You’re more than welcome to exchange contact information! But keep in mind, every time you join a new session, you will be matched with new anonymous participants.
  • Why are refunds not accepted?
    It would be easy to request a refund for every session you complete which would not make our service sustainable. This maintains the integrity for everyone using Sutesphere.
  • How does scheduling and payment work?
    After you submit the survey, you will be able to book a session on the calendar page. You can book as many sessions as you want and will only be required to pay prior to joining your video call.
